Navigating leadership as a female entrepreneur from a young adult perspective
As we close out Women’s History Month, I’m reminded of the power of embracing change, stepping into leadership, and carving out a path uniquely your own. Recently, I had the incredible opportunity to sit down with Gayle Guyardo on Bloom TV, the nationally syndicated health and wellness show, to discuss a topic close to my heart, navigating life changes as a young adult while finding your voice and direction.
Embracing Change & Taking Risks
Transitioning from young adulthood into a leadership role isn’t always easy. I’ve been on my own journey of self-discovery, which led me to where I am today, as a content creator, on-air personality, and entrepreneur. Through trial, error, and plenty of growth, I found my voice and built The Gala Life, The Gala Group, and St. Pete Gals, as platforms to empower and inspire. My mission is to help other young leaders find confidence in their abilities and take ownership of their own journeys.
During my conversation with Gayle, we explored what it means to embrace change, take risks, and build a future on your own terms. It’s about leaning into uncertainty with boldness and resilience, whether starting a new career, launching a business, or just finding your purpose.
Encouraging Young Leaders to Shine
One of my biggest takeaways from our chat? Never be afraid to take up space. So often, young women hesitate to own their power in leadership, media, and business. My message is simple: your voice matters, your perspective is valuable, and your dreams are worth pursuing.
As I continue to grow as an entrepreneur and content creator, I’m committed to helping others do the same. Through The Gala Life and The Gala Group, I want to encourage the next wave of leaders to step up, embrace their unique talents, and create their own success stories.
