St. Pete Gals: A Day of Fun and Giving Back with Corona and Tampa Bay Lightning

A Day of Fun and Giving Back with Corona and Tampa Bay Lightning

It was a Saturday, nothing short of unforgettable! Thanks to the amazing team at Corona USA and the Tampa Bay Lightning, I had the opportunity to spend the day celebrating community, the outdoors, and one of Tampa Bay’s most beloved sports teams. Here’s a recap of a day filled with sunshine, hockey, and incredible memories.

Morning: Beach Clean-Up at Ben T. Davis Beach

The day began at one of Tampa Bay’s most scenic spots, Ben T. Davis Beach, for an epic beach clean-up event hosted by Corona. With the sun shining and a cool breeze in the air, volunteers came together to make a difference for our coastlines.

The event was buzzing with energy—live music from a talented DJ kept the vibes high, and there were fun prizes for participants who brought their A-game to the cleanup efforts. It was truly inspiring to see the community unite to protect the natural beauty of our beaches. If you’re looking for a meaningful way to spend your morning, events like this are an excellent reminder of how impactful we can be when we come together.

Pre-Game Festivities at the Corona Bolts Bay Bar

After the beach cleanup, it was time to head downtown to Ford Thunder Alley, where the excitement of hockey season was in full swing. At the Corona Bolts Bay Bar, fans gathered to enjoy signature drinks, music, and all the pre-game vibes you could ask for.

The Bolts Bay Bar is the perfect spot to immerse yourself in the Tampa Bay Lightning spirit, meet fellow fans, and sip on a refreshing Corona before the puck drops. It’s a must-visit for any hockey fan looking to elevate their game-day experience.

My First Tampa Bay Lightning Game

The grand finale of the day? My very first Tampa Bay Lightning hockey game! Walking into Amalie Arena and feeling the electrifying energy of the crowd was an experience I’ll never forget. From the fast-paced action on the ice to the incredible atmosphere, it was the perfect way to cap off the day.

A huge thank you to Corona and the Tampa Bay Lightning for hosting such an unforgettable experience. The combination of community impact, delicious drinks, and Tampa Bay pride made it a day to remember.

Plan Your Visit

If you’re planning to attend a Lightning game this season, be sure to check out the Corona Bolts Bay Bar at Ford Thunder Alley. It’s the ultimate pre-game destination to enjoy a drink, soak in the excitement, and live La Vida Más Fina.

Cheers to making memories, supporting our community, and celebrating the Tampa Bay spirit. Until next time, remember to sip on your Corona and #GoBolts!
